First Triage Project meeting scheduled
The first ALS-ENABLE “Triage Project” meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2018. These meetings are designed to focus on one particular user project which can benefit from the collective expertise of the ALS-ENABLE scientists. For this first meeting, Corie Ralston will be presenting on a user project on gp41 proteins. To date, the user has been successful in obtaining crystals which diffract to ~3A, but has not been successful with structure determination. The group will evaluate all the data to date and put together a strategy for further crystallization and data collection.
